SoftNet will not accept any project involving any type of pornographic material, some exceptions to this would be in projects containing art work that may include nudes if it is in good taste and is approved by the SoftNet board members, project designers and our Legal Departments.
SoftNet will not accept projects involving misappropriation of services or products, misleading or deceitful sites, sites involving violence, racism, hate, drugs or alcohol or anything we suspect illegal and persons or businesses requesting our services for those purposes may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Non-profit originations requesting our services will be required to provide the proper legal documentation.
Online site building, personal home use hosting such as google sites, yahoo sites, homestead sites, myspace sites, ebay and ebay stores etc. will not be accepted as projects nor will we give any advice or assistance to businesses or persons requested those types of services.
Websites must have a specified minimum of CSS and can not be designed by Microsoft Frontpage, Microsoft Word or any of its plug-ins to be accepted under the SoftNet quality standards requirements.
No customer will be allowed to own, display or host any Website designed by SoftNet that does not meet our minimum quality standards.
